From La Guardia Airport:
Follow airport exit signs to the Grand Central Parkway West. Take the Grand Central Parkway West and exit at Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495 West, Midtown Tunnel). You will be on a service road alongside the LIE. Follow signs on the service road for I-495 West and merge onto the LIE. Follow the LIE to the Midtown Tunnel (there is a $4.50-per-car toll for the tunnel). When you exit the tunnel, take the 35th Street exit on left toward 34th Street/Downtown. Merge onto 34th Street. Turn right onto Park Avenue. At 35th Street, turn left and again left (making a U-turn). Take Park Avenue South downtown to 14th Street. At Broadway and 14th Street, bear left onto Broadway and proceed to Exchange Place (one block past Wall Street). Turn left on Exchange Place and go to 20 Exchange Place. There is a parking garage on Exchange Place between Broad Street and William Street.
From JFK Airport:
Follow airport exit signs to the Van Wyck Expressway. Follow signs on the Van Wyck Expressway (I-678 North) to the Grand Central Parkway West. Take the Grand Central Parkway West and exit at Long Island Expressway (LIE, I-495 West, Midtown Tunnel). You will be on a service road alongside the LIE. Follow signs on the service road that say I-495 West and merge onto the LIE. Follow the LIE to the Midtown Tunnel (there is a $4.50-per-car toll for the tunnel). From Newark Liberty Airport (Newark, N.J.):
Follow airport exit signs. Take the US-1/US-9 ramp toward NJ-21/US-22 Newark-Elizabeth/NY via Skyway. Bear right at the first fork in the ramp. Bear left at the fork and merge into US-1 & US-9 North. Take this to the Holland Tunnel (there is a $6.00-per-car toll for the tunnel). Go through the Holland Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, bear right onto Laight Street. Bear right onto Canal Street. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn left onto Exchange Place and proceed to 20 Exchange Place. There is a parking garage on Exchange Place between Broad Street and William Street.
