CLIENT SERVICE DIRECTOR
Addison is a multi-discipline creative services company that is looking for people with a minimum of five years of practical, on-the-job experience to join our team. As Client Service Director, you will be responsible for your assigned key client relationships and for project management within those accounts, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. You will provide leadership in setting the standard for seamless process management from kickoff to completion. You will also facilitate cross-selling with other business practices. Your primary responsibility will be to help manage annual report, business communications, branding and interactive projects.

Skills and Criteria
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable client presence and outstanding people skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, smart and resourceful.
  • Solutions-level knowledge specific to the practice and industry.
  • Financial project coordination or budget management experience.
  • Minimum of five years as graphics coordinator, agency traffic, customer service or a related function in a design studio or corporate/brand environment.
  • Experience with managing interactive projects.
  • Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quark XPress, FileMaker Pro, and other project planning and scheduling software.
