Guardian’s Group Insurance proposals were made up of six different systems, with outputs running up to 100 pages, making key broker information too hard to find. The Guardian brand was being lost, as proposals were never delivered properly, because of being manually assembled and faxed to brokers. Addison developed a new universal template for all Guardian Group products and moved outputs online. Proposals are now delivered in minutes, key information is immediately available, and brokers can deliver side-by-side comparisons of up to four quotes on a single page. Guardian brokers describe the new system as the “gold standard” for the industry.
